Tell us about your business. This is an application: sending it does not mean you have been accepted, and it does not create an account or give access to Mananze OS or the Mananze Portal.

What applying means

  • An application registers your interest. It is not an acceptance, and no account, business workspace or connection to your systems is created.
  • Admission is subject to readiness and launch gates: Mananze OS must pass its security and readiness checks before any business is onboarded, and businesses are then invited gradually as onboarding capacity allows. We do not promise a date.
  • There is no payment. Applying is free and commits you to nothing. We never ask for card or bank details.
  • When your application is saved you see a reference on screen. Keep it: quote it if you contact us about your application.

What happens after you apply

  1. Your application is saved and you see your reference on screen. We also try to email you that reference; the screen tells you whether that email was sent.
  2. The Mananze team reviews applications. Nothing is decided automatically.
  3. Only once the readiness and launch gates are met, and if there is a suitable fit, do we contact you to discuss onboarding.
  4. A business workspace is created only after an authorised invitation, never by this form.

Privacy notice for applications

Mananze is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). The full notice is on the privacy notice page.

  • What we collect: business name, contact name, business email, optional phone, country, industry, approximate number of employees, your main operational challenge, areas of interest, software categories you use, your optional product-updates choice, and the version of the consent you gave.
  • Why: to assess whether and when your business could be invited to onboard, and to contact you about your application. Product updates only if you ticked that box.
  • What we never ask for: payment, card or bank details, financial records, employee records, identity documents or passwords.
  • Abuse protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is submitting the form (it can process technical details of your browser and connection; see the cookie policy). Your connection (IP) address is never stored as is: we keep a one-way, keyed hash of it and your browser's user-agent text for 30 days to stop abuse, then delete both.
  • Security: what you submit is encrypted before it is stored in the database, with a key kept separately from it. A copy is emailed to the Mananze team mailbox so we can respond.
  • Who processes it: Cloudflare (hosting and storage of the encrypted record) and Microsoft 365 (the email that tells our team a submission arrived). We do not sell personal information. Storage location of the database: to be confirmed.
  • Confirmation email: we try to send one email to the business email you gave, confirming your reference. It does not repeat your answers.
  • How long we keep it: 24 months after we receive it, then it is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Your rights: you may ask to access, correct or delete your application, or withdraw consent, by replying to the confirmation email or through the contact page, quoting your reference. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
