Professional participation terms (draft)
Registration for the Professional Hub is not open. These are draft principles, not terms you can accept today.
Draft, pending South African legal review. This text has not yet been reviewed by a South African attorney and may change. It does not create rights or obligations beyond those that already exist in law.
Eligibility
Participation is intended for professionals based in South Africa who can be verified.
No promise of work
Registering, being verified or being listed is not employment, does not create an employment relationship, and is no promise of work, clients or income.
Minimal information
We intend to collect only the information needed to identify you and verify your professional standing. The exact list will be published before registration opens.
Consent and verification
Verification will take place only with your explicit consent. You will be told what is checked and how your status is shown.
Client information
Participation gives no automatic access to any client’s information. Any access would need the client’s authorisation for a stated scope and purpose.
Leaving
You will be able to withdraw at any time and ask for your information to be deleted, subject to any legal duty to keep records.
